In May 2005, members of the Advantage Group became the first in Australia to achieve Certificate II in Asset Maintenance (PRM20604) a nationally recognised accreditation. Members continue to apply themselves to advancing their professional knowledge and qualifications, with ongoing training, workshops and networking. With the negotiating strength of numbers, the group enjoys many discounts with insurances, products and services, as well as representation with other industry bodies. Members work together to maintain an impressive knowledge-base, and offer the best possible level of service to their customers. The Advantage Group Carpet Cleaners (inc.) is a progressive association of carpet cleaning technicians, based in Western Australia. Formed in 2001, its members had previously undertaken formal training through the Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute, and felt it important to maintain high standards by networking together and supporting each other.
