Encapsulation

Xerion Encapsolution is for deep cleaning carpets our products minimize if not eliminate the need for hot water extraction as may be required by some manufacturers standards. It encapsulates and extracts deeply imbedded dirt oil and water borne materials without the use of solvents shampoos or "steam cleaning".

'Encapsolution' rapidly penetrates down through the carpet fibers lowering the fiber surface tension so dirt and oils fall away. The spinning action of a rotary buffer creates an "Electro Molecular transfer " drawing the dirt and oil particles into the accumulator bonnet.

	Phase 1 - Dirt and oil particles are held into the carpet by surface tension. Traditional cleaning methods have always had to use strong chemicals or damaging heat and water to release soil.
	Phase 2 - 'Encapsolution' carpet crystals are applied to the carpet as a fine mist quickly penetrating down through the fibers reducing surface tension to near zero and encapsulating seven times it's weight in dirt particles. With a reduced surface tension the coated dirt and oil particles fall away from the fibers.
	Phase 3 - Using a 300-350 RPM rotary machine an accumulator (bonnet) is passed over the carpet creating an electromagnetic field and ion transfer that draws the dirt and oil particles into the accumulator. The small ammount of heat generated by the spinning action also helps to dry the carpet.

ONLY USE a Rotary Floor Machine with a Range Between 300 and 385 rpm.

FOR BEST RESULTS: ONLY use our 1-inch thick "Accumulator" bonnets. ONLY use Xerion's 5-gallon Stainless Steel pressurized sprayers to apply product to carpet (do not use solution tanks!). Please note: your pressurized sprayers must be clean and void of any previous chemicals as they may affect the performance of ENCAPSOLUTION?!

Dilution-
• Mix one entire (the whole tablespoon packet completely dissolves) ENCAPSOLUTION? clean pak packet into 3.8 litres of water (one clean pak per mixture as more is NOT better) (warm/hot water dilutes faster but not required)
• Shake as necessary to dilute and shake every day before use.
• 1 x 3.8 litre mixture of ENCAPSOLUTION? can clean up to 185 square metres of maintainable carpet (less square footage if the carpet is a cleaning challenge)

TO CLEAN:
• Run the machine from right to left in 3 to 4 foot widths or for large areas you can run the machine right or left as far as necessary as long as there is ENCAPSOLUTION? sprayed on the soiled carpeted area. The machine is usually run stepping backwards. There is NO "dwell time" or waiting period after ENCAPSOLUTION? is sprayed on the carpet.

Release ENCAPSOLUTION? from the pressurized sprayer as needed by spraying more on very dirty carpet or less on lightly soiled carpet. Always keep moisture flowing to the carpet and the bonnet or you could damage the machine and carpet.

• Do not saturate/soak bonnet as it's a waist of product and not necessary.
• Center place the "Accumulator" bonnet under the bonnet driver of your machine.
• Soil removed becomes encapsulated compressed and drawn into the bonnet.
• As each side of the bonnet becomes soiled turn over and replace as necessary. Both sides of each "Accumulator" bonnet should clean 65 to 95 square metres of moderately soiled carpet before being replaced with a clean bonnet. (less square footage if heavily soiled) Flipping and replacing often is very important!
• No post-clean vacuuming is necessary after ENCAPSOLUTION? clean pak dries.

CLEANING of BONNETS
• To clean 4 to 6 bonnets in home machine: Use only 500mL of diluted ENCAPSOLUTION? and wash on "heavy duty" cycle with maximum water level. Drying time is quick and not necessary if used to clean carpet within approximately 48 hours. Our bonnets can be washed and reused many times.
