Aqua Mix Eff-Ex is a non-acidic heavy-duty cleaner designed to remove efflorescence. When used as directed can inhibit the reoccurrence of remaining efflorescence.

USES:
Recommended for use on:
• Polished Natural Stone (test stone first)
• Unpolished Natural Stone
• Clay and Cement-Bodied Tiles
• Grout
• Concrete
• Porcelain and Ceramic Tiles
• Other Masonry Surfaces

COVERAGE:
• One gallon (3.785 L) will clean approximately 30 to 125 sq. ft (3 m2 to 12 m2)

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
• Read entire label before using
• TEST A SMALL AREA according to application instructions to determine desired results. Solution may lightly dull a select amount of polished marbles and polished limestones.
• Do not dilute product.
• For best results it is recommended to pre-wet the surface with water avoid puddling and remove excess before applying solution
• Liberally apply solution with mop sponge applicator paint roller or brush
• Allow to dwell for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow solution to dry on surface. Apply additional solution if drying occurs
• Agitate with scrub brush or scrub machine. Thoroughly rinse with clean water.
• For vertical surfaces a garden hose or high-pressure washer may be used to rinse area
• Mop or wet vac up dirty solution
• Heavily calcified efflorescence may require additional applications
• Eff-Ex is most effective on an unsealed surface. Several treatments may be required to fully inhibit efflorescence
• Allow area to dry 24 hours prior to sealing area with any Aqua Mix sealer

LIMITATIONS:
• Do not allow product to come in contact with any nonrecommended surface.

HANDLING AND STORAGE:
• Close container after each use
• Store in original container only
• Store and use in temperatures between 40? F and 100? F (4? C and 38? C)
• Keep unused material sealed tightly
• Unused stored product is freeze-thaw stable

CAUTION:
• KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
• Do not take internally
• Rubber or latex gloves should be worn during application
